Payment Processor Credentials

Enter the API credentials for each payment platform you sell on. These are used to verify customer orders when they access your ebooks. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

Security Note:

All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored. They are never exposed in API responses and are only decrypted server-side when verifying orders.

Validation Settings

Email Validation Support by Payment Processor:
  • Stripe: FULLY SUPPORTED - Validates order + email via API
  • Gumroad: FULLY SUPPORTED - Validates license + email via API
  • PayPal: NOT SUPPORTED - Requires OAuth (not implemented)

When enabled, the viewer will verify the email matches the purchase record from the payment processor.

Delete Account

Permanently delete your VaultReader account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

What will be deleted:
  • Your account and profile data
  • All uploaded ebooks and PDF files
  • Analytics and usage statistics
  • Customer access records
  • Payment integration settings
  • All associated metadata
Before you delete:
  • Download any ebooks you want to keep
  • Export your analytics data
  • Cancel any active subscriptions
  • Notify your customers if needed

This complies with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and CCPA data deletion rights.
