These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VaultReader (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

3. Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, circumvention, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No unlawful content, infringement, or violation of third‑party rights.
• No interference with or disruption of the Service or networks.

4. Content and Licensing

Publishers retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant VaultReader a limited, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display the content to provide the Service.

5. Payments

Fees, billing cycles, and taxes are as shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per our refund policy where applicable.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect content and personal data. However, no system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate with payment processors and analytics providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultReader will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms and updating the date above.
